Apple has launched a new display replacement program for iPhone 11 models. The company said that some devices manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020 would stop responding to touch. If the user's device meets the conditions, Apple will repair it for free.
If your iPhone 11 has been exhibiting this issue, Apple has provided a webpage that will let you use the serial number checker to see if your device is eligible for this program.
After confirming your eligibility, the display can be replaced and repaired in the following three ways.

If the iPhone 11 has any damage which impairs the ability to complete the repair, such as a cracked screen, the issue will need to be resolved prior to the service. In certain situations, Apple stated that there could be an expense associated with the extra repair. If the user’s iPhone 11 is confirmed to be affected by the issue and has been repaired at their own expense, they can contact Apple for a refund.
